To tell the truth, I don’t like this paper. I have been working on it for about a week now. But every time I open it and look at it, I feel like closing it and forgetting all about it. I wish I could; but I know it by heart that this paper is due on Sunday and I have to finish it early since I have three midterms coming up next week and I have to prepare for them. After I finished my blog yesterday, I actually did some writing and finished the ending (pay attention: it was the ending that I finished, not the body part). I like to do the introduction and the ending first, and then fill up the body part. I think that’s probably because I can kind of form a cage and bound my writing to the topic.
My paper has reached the top of the fourth page and there is still the implication I need to do. So I am sure the finished paper will be at least four full pages. However, for the quality, I am not that sure. The problem I am thinking now is that I can do four pages for the draft, but I don’t think I can expand my draft to a 7-8 page final paper. It is kind of hard, especially when I think I have put everything possible into the draft and nothing else left. I will be glad if by any chance, I can get my paper to six full pages. I hope there can be more extra credit in this class.
